WebGL is disabled by default on Chrome for Mac. To enable it, you need to do the following:
1. go to chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blacklist in your browser.
2. You will see an option like the following. Click "Enable"
3. Restart your browser. WebGL is now enabled.
